Cubesat in orbit

A Cubesat, as the name suggests, is a cubic, in shape, satellite measuring only 10cm on each side. Basic purpose of these satellites is to launch less expensive, easy-to-launch satellites. Cubesat projects have been initiated in universities all around the world by students. This is helping in making further developments for such small sized intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance satellites that will be used for military purposes. Read more


Kepler- NASA’s Planet Hunter mission

Man has always been into exploiting the secrets of Space beyond the skies. We all wonder what’s up there that we do not see or know. This curiosity has increased with time and made it a big question to be answered. It was not possible, before the Kepler project started, to answer the question of life existence elsewhere throughout the galaxy.
